Very good handle, needs a bit of fitting
A good handle. Nice wood with straight grain (and not partly covered with paint like some) Big enough round to prevent your hand getting cramp. Most important. Unvarnished, so I can fit it first and then give it a dab of linseed (much safer in the wet than a varnished surface) It did take quite a while to reshape the business end to fit my 2 1/2 lb club hammer, I would have expected a club hammer handle to have a longer fitted size. Maybe originally intended for a brick hammer? Whatever, I now have a most excellent handle for a really good price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
