    Well made basting brush, very good value for price

    Had been looking for a new basting brush for a while. I prefer them to be wooden handled and this one is. Good start. Now for the bristles. A lot cc'd of brushes do lose their bristles quite quick, however, this brush appears to be holding the bristles well. Very good quality for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

    Pastry Brush - sustainability ?!

    No protective coating on the handle, so washing will ultimately take its toll. Currently functional, but we’ll see! Brush ‘hairs’ longer than normal, which is odd!

    A brush that works well at a very reasonable price

    This is a fantastic egg-washing pastry brush, that works and cleans easily and works well and is already guilty of egg-washing loads of sausage rolls baked for the residents of a care home. The brush is very reasonably priced too and is highly reccommended.

    Dont want to be too hard but ...

    The brushes are quite good and do the job but you have to be careful because the hair does fall out of the brush. Not in great quantities but finding one in your cooking or baking is not pleasant. They are okay and will do the job of brushing egg yoke etc just fine, just be watchful - you get what you pay for and mine came quite cheap. I am however, pleased I bought them.

    Always useful little brush

    Suitable for left or right handed use. (I am joking). Already used for sealing the edges of home made pasties (can’t call them C*rnish because they’re made in Yorkshire) and are fine. The brushes that is, the pasties are great.
