Fantastic product
We have an abundance of birds visiting our garden due to the sunflower hearts we have tried lots of different seeds in in the past but the sunflower hearts are the one's that bring in the gold finches . Disappointing Quality
The product is described as bakery grade which would suggest premium quality. That they are not. The picture of the sunflower hearts on the advert shows good sized quality hearts, the ones that came look nothing like that with a large percentage having a shrivelled appearance. Having bought and seen plenty of sunflower hearts in previous winters these are not the best I have had. I think there will be a lot of wastage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good quality, good price bird food - highly recommended.
Really good quality bird food - delivered to the door. Far more cost effective than the usual small bags of food I purchase. Will use Maltby's in the future for all my bird feed purchases. Birds Of Many Feathers Flock Together
Buying in larger quantities like this makes feeding our birds - plus a squirrel who has sussed out how to use an allegedly squirrel-proof feeder - far more economical than buying packs or tubs from Garden Centres. The seeds last several months if you keep them in a dry environment and the birds love them. Fresh, quality sunflower hearts.
These are great, lovely smell, good quality whole sunflower hearts. Birds are enjoying them! I particularly love the packaging. Strong paper sacks, secured with cotton thread, and placed in an outer cardboard box for extra protection, taped with just enough sticky tape. Birds will not go hungry for a while
This bird food is the same quality as the bird food we normally buy, but you get so much more for the same price. The only downside, is the size of the bag, and the poor delivery person having to struggle up the drive with it. Get a garden full of birds with these seeds.
All i can say is the birds seem to like these sunflower heart seeds, they are fighting to get to the feeders and lining up on top of my fence waiting for a vacant feeder. I've got 3 feeders that empty every day. Very pleased with theses seeds. Recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product, not so great delivery
The sunflower seeds are good quality and appear to be approved by the birds that are eating them. The "sack" which they come in tends to fray every time you get seeds out of it, although this in no way ruins the seeds.
