Highly recommend!
I was advised to buy this particular brand and product due to the infra red. My friend has one and found a benefit so I stuck to the same brand due to knowing the infra red levels worked. It was very easy to assemble, like a pop up which was a good thing as there were no instructions. The seat inside is very comfortable and even better with a towel over it. The foot plate and warmth inside is brilliant. Does not take long to heat up (I usually put it on for 5 mins before getting in). The controls are easy to navigate such as 1-5 for temperature gauge where 5 is hottest. I have mine set at five and it's just the right temperature not uncomfortable at all. The other number setting is for minutes on a timer basis in increments of 5 minutes. Then you have the foot plate option of turning it on. Don't forget to press start! The hand holes are good and easy to zip up and unzip from both inside and out. It's not too big or wide and comfortably sits in the corner of my room. I don't feel at all squashed in it, it's perfect, the right amount of space. I have a disability and find it easy to step in and out of without falling or tripping. I have Lyme disease with bad pain and fatigue. Within a week of using this I've noticed a difference with both my pain and my fatigue. It also helps with toxic build up and herxheimer reactions. An absolute necessity in the toxic world we live in if you want to get well or stay well
I spent some time looking into these before purchasing. This one is UK made and very good quality fabric. I have used this sauna 30 minutes a day since I bought it. It works very effectively, the seat is not comfortable though. I addressed this by removing most of the fabric from the upright back of the seat so that the IR rays can make skin contact and I bought a mesh lumbar support on ebay and strapped it to the back, it is now really comfy. One needs to be very careful about initial use and gradually build up. We are bombarded with chemicals every day in our water, food, air and just about everything else. I started on the long road of detoxing some years back, however there are substances like mercury, hallides and other heavy metals that the body struggles to detox, and so stores in fat. This is an area where the infrared sauna excels. Regular sweating with far infrared saunas ensures toxins are safely removed, up to 20% in sweat. They are also great for so many health conditions, so you don't have to be in top physical condition to use them. My only caution would be to ensure proper hydration before and after use, and make sure you are replacing lost electrolytes, I add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan salt to a litre of water and drink half before and half afterwards. It's also a good idea to take minerals to replace those lost through sweating, I take magnesium, iodine and zinc as weIl as a good multi. I would also recommend spending some time on the internet and educating yourself about sauna use. I had an infrared sauna blanket which was a cheaper make, had this for over 3 yrs. wasn't that efficient. wish I had ordered the firzone sauna in the first place. I have only had this for over a week now and I am already seeing really good benefits from this as I use this everyday. all the information provided about firzone is correct, lower temps seem to be better than higher temps on alternative saunas. Good product for the price
Have been using constantly for the past couple of weeks to get rid of aches and pains and detox my body, I have less pain in my back (not sure if it is due to this or the rebounder I have started using) The first time I used it I didnt get that hot as I only stayed in for about 5mins, the next time I stayed in for about 25mins and I was sweating profusely, I also added a towel around my neck to keep the heat from escaping. If it got any hotter I think you would run the risk of getting burnt by the heat pads, I think on max temp it's perfect. Perfect compact home sauna
This little sauna is just perfect . Easy to put up and pack away again . Gets a very good heat going on which makes a good sweat happen .. Have been impressed with this sauna as it exceeded my expectations. The unit is very good sturdy quality so happy that I went for this one . Would definitely reccomend. I am 5foot5 and it is perfect size for me it taller I would go for bigger one ..I take a hot bath before going in sauna and apply almond oil, then sauna then cool bath .. The result being my skin is smooth and soft and the cellulite I had on thighs has definitely reduced I wasnt expecting that to happen but a nice bonus . Great skin
Bought normal size . I am 5'6' so perfect fit but would say if you are much taller to go for a x-large. You sweat buckets and doesn't cause condensation as heats mainly the body.. The chair that comes with it is a bit uncomfortable so I switched for a stuhl I bought in TKmax , perfect. I heard if you don't sweat much (after 1 hour) better check your thyroid . I take 1 drop of Lugol (iodine and iodide formula) every day in the water to keep it well (always check your doctor as I am not a doctor) . Love it so far!
Order came sooner than expected. Sauna was easy to assemble and have used it almost everyday since i got it and I have slept much better as a result of using it most evenings. Seems well made and simple to use. The fold out chair isn't the most comfortable but adequate and nice that it's included. I ordered the standard size and as i'm 5'2" it's just right for me but for taller folk or long legs, I'd strongly suggest opting for the larger version or you may feel cramped. Very happy with this product and it's a very accessable, cost effective way to have a sauna at home and can always be folded away when not in use. I've got to say, this is brilliant. I find it hard to bring up my body temperature as I'm a cold person but boy, does this do the job! Why spend more on a wooden one? I was so surprised. The only down side I can think of is for people who are a bit over weight who may find the chair a bit small. However, I imagine one could just use a bigger chair.
