  • Wonderful Mic

This is not the first Blue yeti Mic I have bought, I have two of the same mic's They are great for recording, podcast, Vocals, and Instruments. The Blue yeti Sounds crisp and good, It has three settings that you can use Stereo, Cardio, Omnidirectional, and Bidirectional. I mostly use it in stereo for voice overs and podcast it works great. It may be on the expensive side but it works better than that $12-$100 Mic you may have bought before hand. I have bought the Blue yeti before and will continue to buy their product. Be careful because some of the accessories for the yeti may not be cheap but there are some 3rd party stuff you can use that is usually $10-$20 Cheaper

  • Works great but didn't work with my Canon EOS 5d

This is probably just my own stupidity, but I thought I'd be able to plug the xlr jack from this into my Canon EOS 5d. Anyway, the xlr plug on this thing is huge and the one on my camera is really small. But for what this thing is supposed to do, act as a mic, it works great. Good sound to it, and it works with my android!

  • Nearly perfect mic

Very nice and versatile microphone. Flexiblity to use different patterns is a very nice feature. Build quality and materials are very good as expected. Mine was a refurbished one and had all accesories in the box.

  • Great Mic

The Blue Yeti Pro is great. I only rated it 4 instead of 5 stars because it is so hot it picks up ANY noise around it. You almost have to use a shock mount to keep the extra noise down. I made my own. But excellent mic.

  • Easy to use and has a good sound, may not be for everyone

It’s a decent quality condenser microphone that is plug and play with a PC. Great if you want something that you don’t need to have directly in front of your mouth. Fits my needs, but isn’t for everyone. A dynamic microphone will have a better sound, but you need to be right on top of it to get a good sound.

  • Blue Yeti Pro XLR

Distinguished sound and look. Through XLR connection this microphone sounds rich and as sensitive as you want it to be. I use a Focusrite Clarett 2Pre interface for its XLR connection, using it for interview (video) podcasts through ZOOM. I love it.

  • A step up from the normal blue yeti and blue yeti x.

It's an amazing xlr mic that can also be used as a usb mic. Although it is fairly large and heavy, it has no issues with the stand or using it with a boom arm. The four modes are also very great.

  • So good I bought four for my studio....

I've tried a Rode, and the Blue Yeti is light years better. The other sounds like you are talking into a tin can when you listen to it compared to the great sound from the Blue yeti. I have 4 in my studio.

  • Solid easy to use mic

Solid easy to use mic. It does pick up more background noise than some other mics but there is a nob on the mic that allows you to adjust the sensitivity. That helped me get the background noise down low enough so that it is not noticeable.

  • Do-it-all mic!

The mic comes with a desk stand, optional slot for arm extension, convenience of usb to use with PC, AND has XLR studio grade quality sound!! No other mic can compare to this for the cost! Do yourself a favor and buy it asap if you can afford it!!
