Clara HD - a great buy
Lightweight, good battery life, auto-sleep, compatible with UK library overdrive (but it was fiddly to set up), good screen quality and lighting adjustment. A library in my pocket
I bought the Kobo Clara to upgrade my existing Kobo Glo, itself an excellent product. It is lighter, and the screen is very clear, so that reading is an enjoyable experience. I like Kobo products as they accept a wide range of file formats, and e-books are available from a wide range of sources: the only restriction is the amount of memory. So Much More Than A Good 'Read'
This is the first Kobo we've owned, it's a well built, quality e-reader and is streets ahead of our much older Binatone Read me. Although it is pre-owned it's in excellent condition and a credit to its previous owner. I can't say how long the battery lasts, I haven't had to recharge it yet. Would I recommend this product?
