Excellent but not quite as described
I did a lot of research before buying this product and overall it is extremely good. I have a similar one that charges alkaline and rechargeables but the big advantage with this one is it charges the alkaline batteries to a higher power than my other multi battery charger, and much quicker too. I had no trouble slotting in the batteries (unlike some reports) and you get used to the red yellow green LEDs giving battery status. But I have two reasons why I have only given 4 stars. Firstly the product description says it charges AAA AA C D 9v and N batteries both alkaline and rechargeable - wrong. When you open the product the battery slots tell you that it only takes rechargeable 9V and N batteries, so you cant recharge alkaline 9v or N with this product (unlike my similar charger I mentioned which does alkaline 9v) Secondly - this charger does not have any USB sockets (unlike my similar charger). If this charger had both those features it would be a most deffinate 100% 5 star.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
