Good printer
I bought this to replace an excellent Advent printer which finally stopped working. The Epson XP 442 is easy to set up and use. Only niggle relates to the copying and scanning function which relies heavily on correct placement on the glass. I found placement of photos tricky. But practice makes perfect.

All in all a very sophisticated but easy to use printer.
Very attractive compact printer. Easy to set up and the Wifi is really useful, no messy wires to connect. Print quality first class, especially photos. Photocopying and scanning facilities easy to use. All in all a very sophisticated printer/copier/scanner but a delight to use especially with the built in monitor screen. It can be used without a computer to copy documents, scan photos onto a SD card and print them, or insert a SD card from your camera and print your photos. The possiblities are endless. Very good value for money, replacement cartridges are reasonably priced.

1.easy installation 2.Easy-to-use 3.the ability to print from outside the home 4.energy-saving after setting the time 3-15 minutes goes into sleep mode 5.after setting the time 30mins-12h it automatically switches off from the power supply 6.good print quality 7.quiet work 8.has a dozen languages 9.cheap inks (about £10 for 32inks on ebay) 10.quite a long print time 11.I am pleasantly surprised, it has more features that are very useful than other, more expensive printers

Easy Set up
Overall a nice little printer, it’s quiet, & prints off documents & photo’s very fast! However I only had one annoying niggle, during setting it up with printing photo’s. Colours were all over the place, & there were orange lines across the pictures!! Being a brand new printer, I was surprised what was going on? But after using all the various troubleshoot settings & adjustments. The colours improved! But not 100%. however!

Plain black print in fine. But pictures and diagrams are a bit grainy. Scanning isn't good quality at all. Very grainy picture quality

i love this printer!.. used to have a HP one before this.. it was way more expensive..and not as good..or as simple to use as this one..also the inks are cheaper..very easy to set up and operate..fantastic value for money!..would definitely recommend..no glitches like i got with the previous one..fast delivery too..I'm a very happy bunny!..

Excellent home printer, small and compact.
This is an excellent printer where space is at a premium and was the main reason for the purchase. It has separate inks so only necessary to change one colour at a time.. print quality is excellent although it is a little noisy at times.

Good product - I recommend.
Very easy to set up with wifi network. A great price from CCL Computers. But, as with all printers the sting will come when replacement print cartridges are required when the costs become more significant.
