A wide variety of recipes to choose from, especially sourdough which is my favourite. It does take up some space on your kitchen worktop yet it blends in well with other kitchen appliances and it is a gorgeous piece to look at. Just follow the suggested amount in the provided recipes and throw everything into the machine. We bought this as it had good reviews all be it probably one of the more expensive makers but there again we had a cheap one first and found it very poor. If you like perfect bread this is the machine to produce it.
This is an excellent bread-maker from Panasonic it was bought to replace an 8 year old basic machine that was working but with a lot of wear, decided to upgrade to a new machine rather than fit new parts to the old one. I found my old recipes worked perfectly on this machine and after trying out the yeast dispenser went back to putting it into the bottom of the pan, it gave me better results that way.
