chuck in any meat,root veg,herbs and some sauce. cook on 175 no hotter for hour and half. big enough to hold meal for 3 adults. costs a pound or 2 if using chick thighs or pork for really delicious meal. less washing up. healthy. mine have never split and i had it loaded.
