More than a few words
The WiFi part of it requires an extender even though regular WiFi works with cell phone in same area. Piping & valves must be totally redone if 23 yrs old as requires 3 separate zone valves & old system is 1 solenoid valve with 3 zones. New PVB valve is also recommended.
