The application was seamless. It glided on very smoothly and was very rich in color. It is best suited for normal to dry skin complexions. I bought it because it was recommended as a "stay put, long lasting" waterproof eyeliner which I'm searching for since I have an oily complexion. I applied it to both my waterline and my top lash line. For the remainder of the day I battled smearing under my eyes, my top lids, as well as it collecting on both the inner and outer corners and creeping onto the crows feet! Insofar as eyeliner in drugstores and department stores one cannot taut the capabilities of this particular liner by Loreal. I have been using it for years and have tried others ; unfortunately when it comes to others there is nothing that compares as far as a strong line that lasts throughout the day. Thick or thin this liner is a win
It is the only eye liner I use because presents what I prefer to be a nice thick line in a couple of strokes. I have been using it for about 8 years now and the value is super as is the ability to smoke it out or use it straight for a thick or thin line.
