Sky Q Voice Command Handset
I personally found the handset hard to use as there were no instructions but I got them online. The voice command is brilliant but the touch dial is super sensitive and really hard to get right. I will only use for voice searches as I was frustrated by ending up where I didn't want to go. Back to the drawing board Sky as I would have been really peeved if I had paid Sky's price rather than this reduced price. Better than the standard Q remote
Just had sky Q installed and was disappointed at not getting the touch remote as standard. Bought one easily off eBay at a good price too Remote is easy to program Only down side I would have is sometimes when you pick up the remote If you slightly catch the touch section it kicks in and rewinds or changes the playback Other than that small nuance it's much better than the standard one.

Does what it says
Purchased as replacement to a standard Sky Q remote which was devoured by an inquisitive puppy!! Easy to pair with the Sky Q box and setup for my TV and Soundbar (tho it controls only volume not power so still need the original remote to turn it on strangely!!) The touchpad is very sensitive and takes some getting used to. Overall it does what it should and it was a great price too.... hope it lasts!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but here's a catch
The remote is fine, however, I have since discovered that only one remote can be connected to the sky q box at any one time (in wireless mode). This is because of the voice function now available. This is the remote Sky Q should have shipped with from day one. The old touch remote is an unusable piece of junk and the only place for it is in the bin, which is exactly where mine has gone.
