Not disappointed.
The only reasons I didn't give this printer 5 stars are that the set-up is not very user-friendly and in order to use it wireless i had to manually input the correct IP address on the printer, something that was not explained clearly on the "help" pages on-line. Once set-up was completed, the printer-scanner operated perfectly. The "Samsung Printer Center" could be better laid-out, but that's probably just my opinion.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Features very basic.
Good but the unit looks somewhat loose plasticky. It isn't solid and the features are very basic. It is real for home use, printing less work. When printing double sided, one has to manually re-feed the paper tray. Frustrating!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good quality refurbished product albeit could have been cleaner! Good quality printing
