Good for the price!
It's quiet up to about 60% fan, but can be noisy at the top end. Bought to replace a GTX750, & I went with the Zotac version because of previous experience with the FireStorm software that came with it. Unfortunately, the GTX1650 came with a new version, which has to be used & isn't as good as the old one. Maybe I need to learn more about it, but the older version was much easier & more intuitive.
