New dewalt table saw
Soft start, accurate bed with double mitre guides, perfectly square cuts out of the box. 5800rpm 15A motor very powerful, not noisy as some state & that’s me trying it in my front room, so on site no problems. New edition of the 745/7480. Bonus too go to DeWalt for the extended 3 year warranty. I always register all of my tools & it’s invaluable. Robust, easy to set up and use - a pleasure working with it
After several attempts (and returns) to buy a decent table saw for DIY I decided I had to go "pro". The DeWalt is a super piece of design and engineering - well-built and easier to use, with many useful functions you don't get on cheaper products. Precision adjustment of the fence makes setting up quick, easy and accurate. The frame is heavy duty steel tube which makes the whole assembly very rigid - a far cry from the wibbly-wobbly plastic cases and lightweight steel jelly-legs on the stands of lesser products. Well designed, manufactured, built to last, ergonomic and very easy to work with. It was also set up perfectly and "good to go" from the box.
