SIMPLE USEFUL DESIGN ..NO FUSS
Beautiful for the price! Useful light simple in design can take up to 6 litres of food/liquid. Easy to clean and maintain good for medium sized dinner parties up to 8 people! It also helped to act as replacement part for my ,3 tier steamer as there was a tiny hole in it after 30 years use. Very happy I have 2 pots but will need 2 litres and 4 litres soon so will buy more!!!

Cheap and cheerful
These pots are very cheap and they are made of very thin metal. I don't think they would take a lot of direct heat on a cooker and one would suggest using a heat diffuser. So depending what you want them for, they can be recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Why pay more!
This stockpot is just what I needed. I bought it to cook pasta in as it always foams up during cooking and I wanted a saucepan with more height, which this stockpot has. I only use it once or twice a week and have not had any problems despite its lowly price . You could pay a lot more for a Judge or Stellar but wouldn't gain much from doing so. I only bought this item for steaming my Christmas puddings. Altogether it has steamed for 6 hours continuously without any problems. The lid appears to fit well though I haven't used it in anger as the steamers had their own lid. It is not the thickest of materials but for £7.99, you can't expect it to be built like a tank. Good value and good pot for my purposes, as I only needed 4 litres capacity. I would class it as being on the smaller end of stock pots, size-wise. OK for the money
