A Watch for everything.
I am sad - The CA0720-54H is discontinued. Of my three best watches (all Citizen Promaster eco-drive watches - W200), the Promaster Tough CA0720-54H is the best, IMHO. It has the same movement (B612) as the Citizen Promaster Chronometer 'Diver' CA0710. The same case width of the real ISO certified dive watch the BN0151 and it feels better on my wrist than both; especially the CA0710, as that watch does not lie flat on my wrist and seems large .The face seems just as big as the CA710 and is easier to read.. Yes, It has decorative bezel like structure... but I always manage to catch the Bezel of my 'Bezeled' watches on clothes or idle fingers and then the OCD kicks in and the alignment needs to be adjusted to 12 oclock. I like the look of the band better than the other two but the clasp is not adjustable like the Chronometer 'Diver' CA0710. I doubt I I will ever go scuba diving but if I did it would be the BN0151 or similar as the other two watches are really not made for it and that is the only watch the bezel would actually be for a purpose. As for Tough, I have not really put it to the test but I read a couple reviews that claim it’s resiliency. I had a 12 year old Citizen eco-drive chronometer watch W100 that was somewhat dressy, I did everything with it (car repair, carpentry, yardwork, camping, work and events, and I finally cracked the crystal and still wore it for six month until crystal pieces dropped on the face... then I went looking for a watch that would be comparable and hopefully this is. I primarily wear the CA0720-54H as it is a watch for almost all function except scuba and occasionally wear BN0151 around water but now that I bought a SS band, I may wear it more. I wear the CA0710 for 'occasions'.

Solidly unpretentious full-featured tool chronograph, Citizen accuracy? Yes. Titanium & Sapphire? Yes. Pro Grade? Yes.
Titanium case and accents make this watch an all-business piece. There is nothing fru-fru about this Citizen Promaster model. With a solid link bracelet and 40mm+ case, unapologetic utilitarian construction is highlighted by knurled knobs and links give this chronograph the heavy-duty appearance of a professional tool watch. Restrained design elevates this eco-drive watch above jewelry status; Citizen's fineness of construction and finish tells you this watch has a job to do without demanding attention with gold chains and chest hair; this Promaster performs its job with easy competence and doesn't need loud, overwrought design language. Accuracy has remained remarkably stable, with better-than-chronometer accuracy, rarely gaining/losing even a second per week. These solar powered watches have been in storage, so give yours some time in direct light or sunlight to bring the capacitor (battery) to full charge, and it should produce Citizen's legendary accuracy, going more than a decade between battery replacement. The manufacturer description does not say much about titanium, but the bezel, case and middle band links are clearly Citizen's specially-hardened super titanium. Combined with an anti-reflective-coated sapphire crystal, the watch should easily shrug off scratches. The heft is just right: not toy-like, yet comfortable enough to forget you're wearing it, with a micro-adjustable machined clasp. Readability: While I love my (difficult to read) skeleton watch, this Citizen Promaster has large, easily recognizable numbers with generous, multi-hued lume, so time-telling in low light is a glance away. Sum: This watch is pure professional, unapologetic and unpretentious. if you are a confident individual who doesn't need to impress, this watch sends exactly the right message. My favorite citizen chronograph watch
I like anything resembling a pilot or military watch didn't realize citizen need anything like this it's a simply cool and rugged looking watch I especially love the combination stainless steel and titanium band there's really nothing about this watch not to like oh there's one thing... The bezel does not rotate however having many chronograph watches with bezels I very seldom use the bezel anyway but this may be a problem with many people... To me it's easy to read the loom is definitely great I especially love the pushers... Best thing about this watch is it exudes pure ruggedness definitely a man's watch maybe it's not quite as tough as a G-Shock but it looks it and feels that way! It's a Win-Win Timepiece
Very sporty and versatile timepiece. Can go either way...with sporty or dressy attire. Timepiece has a very masculine appeal with plenty of heft. Feels very comfortable on the wrist. It’s stupid not to buy it!
Great tough watch for my busy construction work. Great value with precise Citizen movement, Sapphire glass and partially titanium bracelet. Hardened stainless is truly hard to scratch! Beautiful greenish/grayish dial, lum is good, I love the brushed, rough look of gunmetal bracelet. It definitely looks great, won’t be disappointed!
