Only one smalll niggle
Delivery was swift and efficient. Phone call to change date to a date earlier and then another 15 minutes before arrival. The oven very smart and very good for the price BUT only 2 wire racks/shelves between both ovens, so had to purchase another. 2 very large trays (not sure what they should be used for!). The thing that lets it down is the instruction booklet........could get an award for incomprehensibility!!! The instructions for the timer are gobbledy-gook. I even contacted the company to ask for clarification and they just repeated what is in the booklet. They need to proof-read their booklet and make it easier to follow. However, I have bought myself a small timer, so don't have to worry about puzzling out the one on the cooker! I have used both ovens and they heat up much quicker than my old oven (hurray) and cook well, so apart from the frustration about the instructions on how to use the timer, I am happy with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great looking item.
Looks very well made, easy to fit as it came pre wired, would of liked a third wire rack as that is what I am used to, apart from that well worth the money, the glass front is easy to clean without worrying about removing the info for the settings this is a big plus.
