A solid performer so far
I use this as an upgrade for its wr710n ancestor. Setup is excellent & easy in all modes, USB services work well (Media/smb), USB power drives 2TB external drives at least, and signal strength on both bands seems surprisingly strong for such a small device. Untethering from a power socket via micro-usb makes it even more portable when used with a power back or directly connected. There is no OpenWRT support for the device yet (May 2017), so torrent and other services are not possible. I use a GLI mini-router for such things. I wish it retained the 2nd LAN port of its predecessor, but ac speed is compensation. All-in-all, if it can be got at less than £50 it is a good buy. Possibly even at full price, given the fall in the value of sterling.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Super little gadget
I've got mine mounted in an upstairs window overlooking the garden and I'm using to fill in gaps from my main router which is buried in the depths of the house. It provides great WiFi coverage of the house and garden on both 2.4 and 5GHz. It's small enough to be unobtrusive, easy to set up and seems to be reliable too. Recommended.

Good little router
Good little router. The login and set up takes some getting used to. I use it as a hotspot connection with my work public WiFi and as an extension WiFi on holiday. Once set up it connects every time I go to work without fail. I can connect my tablet and phone knowing my devices are securely connected.
