Old cars need old style oil.
I run a very old Land Rover, I cover less than 500 miles a year and service the vehicle once a year. The engine burns a bit of oil but only on start up so it is hardly worth rectifying what is probably oil passing through the valve guides. This oil is very competitively priced it is SAE 20/50 and suits the application very well.
