Didn't work
On the basis of so many favourable reviews I bought a 2kg tub. Applied it [as per instructions] to my pond which had suffered from blanket weed for a long time. As predicted the water turned milky and then cleared - followed quickly by the return of blanket weed. Rather than waste more money I tried an ecological approach by planting both phragmites and water soldiers both of which compete for the nutrients on which algae flourish. Great at keeping blanket weed at bay

Clearer pond
Found that it performed very well and cleared persistent weed . Originally bought 800g tub, but the spoon handle is too short and the cup too deep for easy access.
