In the short time we have had this microwave we have found it easy to use especially when convection cooking. Instruction booklet is very good but some areas are hard to follow . It's a high-end product with convection and grill cooking modes in addition to and in combination with microwave. This makes the features available a little complicated at first, but once you've read and found your way around the 120 page manual, you can reap the benefits. Good all rounder
This model is very good, I’m used to it as I had a previous 19 year old model, which defaulted to Microwave. In this machine there is more safety and the different main functions have to be selected before the machine works. However there is a very handy 30 sec mode (increments of 30sec up to 5min) for the microwave function only. I never used the combi modes in my old machine, so now I’m in a learning mode. Maybe third time lucky
Bought this to replace a Panasonic ct 559 model which has served me well for the past14 years but i is now too old. Through your site I found Panasonic refurbishing site and purchased this microwave. Do you really want to have Grill for microwave?
I checked many reviews before purchasing it. Most of the people said it excellent and easy to use. It’s very nice microwave, but I found it very complicated to use. The manual is very difficult to understand and the booklet is too thick and not clear to read. Grill function takes much longer than I thought. Good quality combination microwave.
I have been a bit fussy about microwaves. I am happy with the way this one operates. The grill and oven are powered by the same halogen element. Sounded a bit strange but it works very well.
