    I'm in love with my Rug Doctor!

    I am so happy with my Rug Doctor , best carpet cleaner i have ever had,its so easy to use and clean carpets really well, carpets dry very quickly and look great, It was supposed to be reconditioned one but looks brand new! so if you are thinking of buying don't hesitate, i am so glad i did, can't recommend enough!

    Don't miss your delivery or you will be sorry

    I bought a refurbished machine working well, for now, all flat carpet clean. Had a problem with the delivery of the machine. They went to another house. They didn't notify. Not easy to call to the office of Rought Doctor, Sales Department never answer. Ladies from de receptionist they are great. I call 11 times to get the thru. I got my machine 12 days later. Resume machine great, it does what it is supposed to do. Don't miss your delivery or you will be sorry. Sale department don't care be prepare to call many time. Eventually you will resolve the problem.

    Really excellent

    Because I’ve got two indoor cats and I’ve never washed my carpets in five years. Since they was put down. Don’t get me wrong. They was hoovered every day. But when I used rug Doctor. They came up brand new. Cheers for that. Only one downside. Is that’s very loud but it gets the job done right.

    A professional cleaner for an at home price.

    This isn't the world's number one carpet cleaner for nothing, that reputation is well earned. Easy to use and gives consistent results. Used on a carpet of 4years that had never been cleaned with excellent results. This is heavy enough to press deep into the carpet to give a thorough clean but light enough to manoeuvre. Used on a sunny day with the windows and doors open to aid drying. Having used a commercial Rug Doctor I knew the 'home' product would be good and I wasn't disappointed. It even folds down for better storage. Very easy to use, the water tanks lift easily from the machine for refilling and emptying. They also have large refill holes big enough to get your hand in to clean the tanks. This is a very well designed product that actually does what it says it will. It is well worth the money.

    Bought this refurbished unit at half the price and it is as good as a brand new one. In the original box, wrapped up, attachment included and instruction manual. Tried it and found it to be faultless. I'm currently going round relatives to clean their carpets, lol. If you're after one then get one of these.

    Performed as expected with dry carpet

    We did try cleaning carpets using other manufacturers and this is the 1st time domestic version of Rugdoctor deep clean. Also tried with different brands of detergents. All performed well, but we're happy with DIY store version which marginally out performed all in our beige deep piles carpet. Carpet was amazingly dry post cleaning.

    Excellent cleaning and easier to manage than the ones you can hire

    I've regularly hired a rug doctor, this seems to work just as well but has the added advantage that although it is still heavy I can manage to take it upstairs which I never did with the larger commercial size. Relatively easy to clean the actual machine. Only downside is it is a large peice of equipment to store at home.
