Couldn't Ask For Better
I was so excited when I was able to purchase my Bissell List-off from eBay at 50%of what I found this cleaner to be priced elsewhere. And though it was posted as 'used', I really couldn't tell by the condition of the item. I used the lift-off part of the machine first to test it out on a couple of should that were left from my older, sometimes incontinent dog. Even though I had bought the basic Clean & Refresh shampoo instead of one of the kinds designed just for what I needed to clean up, it still tackled both stain and odor with no problem except for my overwetting the carpeting when I first began using the cleaner for the first time. This however, was no reflection on the product but on me having never used a cleaner like this before. Unfortunately, the cleaner has been sent without the four screws necessary to attach the handle to the bottom piece of the machine and because I misunderstood the labels on the back of the lower piece thinking the size mentioned was for the screws when it was for the screwdriver needed for the screws, it took me a week to find a size that would work in place of the originals. Now I am ready to put my new carpet shampooer to the real test by using it like a regular upright model. And I expect no problems with this job with the performance I got from using just the pod feature of the Bissell Proheat Lift-off. Having written all that I did, I will just say that I was never happier than when I decided to hold out until I could get this particular model and at a price that I could afford and not feel the least bit guilty about. The cleaner I received was the closest thing to brand new-right down to the way it was packed with the additional attachments and the instructions-that I could have hoped for. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a household rug shampooer with the same results as a professional or rental company that deals with carpet cleaning.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great carpet cleaner!
Works really well for our carpets with 2 dogs in the house. Pulls lots of hair out of the carpet, cleans up stains we thought were in for good, and dries quite quickly. Work Horse
As far as I am concerned this may have been the best purchase I have made this year!!!!!!!!!! This machine arrives ready to work where you only have to put 4 screws into a handle. You then simply fill the cleaning solution tank and then start working. I have 2 pets and this Bissell does a fantastic job.
