Product arrived a lot earlier than expected which was a bonus. It was well packaged, rolled up and sealed in plastic. As per instructions, let the mattress breath into life for several hours, and hey presto, it was lala land in one night! We have an iGel bed as a second bed, and I'd say I'm sleeping better on the Simba, which is incredible given the mattress was ridiculously cheap in comparison. I'm definitely cooler whilst sleeping which is a good thing, and the bonus is, I'm waking up with zero tightness or aches. I've recommended this Simba to so many people now, and those that have bought one are praising it!

my wife 10 stone loves the simba mattress.me 18 stone 6foot 6 inch totally different story almost as soon as I lay down I start to hurt,i have got health conditions which I hoped would be helped by this hybrid mattress,sadly no,i hardly sleep anymore preferring to get up in the middle of the night and sit in our lounge waiting for my wife to get up in the morning for some company,bitterly bitterly dissapointed.

Just the perfect mattress, exceptional value for money, very happy customer!
Wasted so much money buying expensive mattresses over the past few years trying to find the best one that suits me and my husband ! Spent hours researching and reading reviews, came across the Simba! Best find ever! Such a great find! So good that I bought this again for my daughter and her husband who are now enjoying the same experience. I have just ordered a third mattress, super king size for my new bed coming next week. On top of the fantastic value for money, exceptional comfort and perfect support, the added bonus for me is that outer cover is removable and washes perfectly, it’s almost like getting a brand new mattress every time. Super mattress for an excellent price!
I was a little sceptical buying this at such a discounted price, knowing it was a second but I am so glad I did! It was clean and in immaculate condition on arrival. It is so comfortable, I've never slept so well & it has also help improve my aching body. I would really recomend it to anyone.

This is a very difficult review to write. I was recommended this by my sister who and I quote “this is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on”. So with a reference like that I thought without question and purchased one for my new bed. The first nights sleep was like sleeping on a slab of concrete this is mother clucking hard. My sister reassured me it takes time to mould to your body and I need to give it a few days. Well it’s been a few days. My side of the mattress is definitely slightly moulded. My back feels supported and I don’t move as much during the night. It’s still very firm to sleep on (a mattress topper was purchased that helps) but it’s only been a week. It is getting more comfortable to sleep on every night.... or my body is slowly used to sleeping stretched out... but apparently that’s a good thing? So would I buy this mattress again? I think I would... as my back does feel better and I don’t move around as much when I sleep... but the mattress topper I bought helps....

I love this mattress. Although, after other reviews I expected it to be more firm, it is still perfect. I had a memory foam mattress previously that made anyone sleeping on it waking up sweaty. Not with this one. Really glad I got it. And it’s a real bargain on eBay.

Best Mattress Ever!
This mattress is amazing. I've had memory foam mattresses for years and initially thought this one might be too soft. It's actually only the top part that is soft and then it's good firm support. So comfortable in whatever position I'm lying in. Loving it and wish I'd bought it years ago.

Sleep better.
To be honest I was not sure that a refurbished mattress was a good idea. I can now confirm that it was a great idea. A perfect mattress (that was delivered to the room, I just had to unpack it) has already given us better nights' sleep. Definitely a great purchase.

Fantastic product for an amazing price
A brilliant way to get an excellent quality mattress on a budget. Apart from coming unrolled, there was no way to tell between this and a brand new one. I absolutely love it and genuinely feel it improving my back as I sleep on it!

Excellent mattress at a bargain price
When you see the word refurbished you automatically think of a product that will have slight marks or damaged packaging, this is definitely not the case with these mattresses I received a mattress double wrapped in polythene sheet just like any other new mattress, when opened I couldn’t find anything to suggest it was refurbished We have had the mattress 2 weeks now and can honestly say it the best mattress we have ever slept on , waking up with aches and pains is now a thing of the past Would highly recommend to everyone , a high quality mattress at half the original rrp
