Best Buy for used digital camera

This is Probably the 30th One of These Cameras I've Bought!
When this model first came out the technology was so far ahead of the competition my late wife and I had to have them as soon as they were available. The first day they were released in Hong Kong we bought two of them. As it turned out there was a delay in releasing them in the US so we actually had ours for a full two months before they were sold in the states. So why is this probably my 30th copy? We shoot a LOT of photos. As professional concert, wedding, boudoir, commercial, event, and real estate photographers we are always shooting. I know this model inside out and the technology is about as far as I need to go for most of my shooting. The tilt and swivel LCD is priceless for concert photography because it allows use to shoot over our heads and at some almost impossible angles. We are able to get shots that the other "pros" are not able to get. I shoot mostly with Minolta legendary lenses which are hard to beat for color and sharpness even with all of today's technological advances. Add in the ease of use for the A77 and we have a great combo. I take great care of my gear and I resell my cameras every 3-6 months to keep the shutter count down for resale. None of my bodies have ever failed me so I would have to say that they are very dependable. It's a shame that Sony strayed away from the "A" mount cameras, I've yet to see any results from the mirror-less line that make me want to rush out and buy one.

All the quality of an SLR in a tiny size
It's amazing how small Sony managed to shrink what is essentially the same as a huge canon SLR down to its minimum. What a great camera for anyone who doesn't want to compromise on size or confused by too many controls. The touch screen means all those controls are there if you need them. Focusing is very fast, picture quality is just as good as all the other APS-C cameras 10x its size. Real quality at a low cost
This camera is sturdy with aluminium body which also i weather proof. It also delivers great image quality and fits great in your hand. As it is compatible with the whole Minolta A-mount series it is easy to by top quality lenses on the off market. Cant be beat for thw money
For the money it realy cant be beat. Camera is feature loaded or you can just shoot in a simple mode, but you can spend less if you just going to do that. If going to to a wide range of shooting with a camera that dose almost all and you dont want to spend 3x the amout this camera is perfict. Great Little Camera
