I was recommended this product for IBS. It made absolutely no difference to me, although like anyone on an IBS journey it is worth trying as it might just work. The suggested dose is for 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day. I took slightly smaller doses, but still 3 times a day. It lasted just under a week, which at £16, on average, makes this very expensive. It is also like wallpaper paste, so if you are not good with texture, take it in water instead. Upset Tummies
This product is by far the best cure for upset stomachs. Forget all the other drugs this works naturally and I have a delicate stomach it’s been effective within 1/2 an hour..Obviously if you have severe issue you must use a GP All in all it’s a must for your first aid kit especially if your travelling.
