great item to work out with that doesn't take up a lot of space
I like this item as I can do a lot of different excercises with it. The instructional DVD is very helpful and the stick on strips showing the various excercises is good when I am not able to play the DVD. This is something I could take on a trip with me, not to mention use most anywhere. Excercise machines have their place, but it is too easy for them to become expensive clothes hangers.
