Use this product a couple of times for few hours at work and it caused blisters to the side of the knee and the top strap kept falling down, maybe good for an hour in the gym but not for long periods of time

Straps too short
The straps aren't long enough to go around the knee, which means the velcro rubbing against your skin, also I personally don't think it gives my knee much support as the open knee full elasticated support's do
