Easy to fit and keeps sparrows out!
My boiler has been wrecked by sparrows entering the flue and nesting inside the boiler. This cage was easy to fit, even though it was located 25’ up an outside wall. Three holes are drilled to fit, using screws and penny washers. It seems a bit large for the small flue pipe; but this was the smallest cage I could find. Good value but could be slightly improved.
It was good value. The quality is adequate. The power coating could be improved by putting the oven support hook in a different place away from where the boiler flu gases pass after it is installed.
