These are great. Follow the recipe and ladle instructions and you will have great waffles. Don’t be tempted to leave the mixture in the toaster beyond the amber light coming on again. Makes excellent waffles. These are best when eaten immediately. The instructions tell you they can be frozen and reheated later, but treated like this they become pretty second rate.
