Good unit but missing functionality of the cheaper models.
This is my second unit after the previous NeoStar finally reached end of life. This is a good item, worth the money but is lacking the Timer function of my Neostar, therefore this cannot be set to boil before you get out of bed and as there is no "OFF" button I have to pull the unit away from the wall and switch off at the socket before bed each night and then switch on and wait for it to boil in the morning.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Its okay but not perfect
It is an okay product but there are a few issues. Computerised panel was bent at one side which I had to bend back and re-stick. There gauge for the water is very difficult to see on the outside of the pot. As this product is a lower kilowatts than an ordinary conventional kettle we did not expect a quick boil time, but boy does it make up for it in convenience. Hot 🔥 water on the go all day. We love the fact that it can make a cup of tea/coffee or a full pot of tea in an instant. In fact anything that you need to do in the kitchen that needs an addition of hot water and your ready. So handy
This product is so handy, just make sure you fill it up at night and set the time to approx 45mins before you will need the hot water in the morning. It won't take long to reboil if you refill during the day before it gets completely empty. Save money on electric
Low wattage storage kettle 700 to 900 watt, keep water hot @ desired temperature, only cost 2p per hour. Make as many cups of drink, ready for pot noodles or to use for cooking etc. I've saved money in electric all ready, as I have filled it every 2 - 3 days with only 1 boiled happening.
