Great Underrated Lens
The Fujifilm XF 18mm F2 is one of the oldest lenses in the Fuji canon of lenses. It has been superseded and at times overlooked but it’s a gem. The images are sharp, it focuses well and the focal length is great for both street and landscape photography. It’s also one of the most affordable of XF lenses. Great street lens
Central sharpness is good even wide open but the edges are soft - a known issue with this lens. Sharper across frame at smaller apertures but as a "street" lens the soft edges can be a plus and certainly not a problem. It is well known as a fast focusing lens. If utmost IQ to the edges when wide open is your aim the 18-55 is better but restricted to max f2.8. Another samsung gem
