Effecient cleaner
Very happy with purchase, dryongvtime is more like 3 hours but we used on a thick underlay and deep pile. Large range of cleaning solutions. Easy to fill & empty and is lightweight. Happy me - years of dirt cleaned away quite easily!
Easy to set up and use - product not quite as per enclosed leaflet - no Clean Shot button , no pet upholstery tool and you cannot remove the cover to the brush rollers for cleaning - luckily the enclosed cleaning tool is bendy enough to get into all the nooks & crannies but it was quite fiddly & tedious - especially as those parts were badly clogged with cat fur which normal vacuum cleaner had been unable to shift! Crevice tool is useful - used that on car upholstery in preference to the enclosed "Tough Stain Tool" which is not great, and cannot be dismantled (to remove cat fur) A WORD OF CAUTION - as described in the user guide, the brush rollers continue to rotate when you use the Accessory Hose (with Crevice Tool or Tough Stain Tool) - so if left in one place on carpet or hard floor, the brushes may begin to damage those surfaces - so I put an A4 sized sheet of polycarbonate down, and sat the cleaner on that - simples! FINALLY - when you finish cleaning and turn the machine off, it dribbles unused cleaner for a short while - removing the clean water tank does not prevent this!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good all round machine
Very satisfied with performance bearing in mind it is a domestic product versus commercial. Easy to use although I would have preferred for there to be a larger capacity soiled water tank. Would strongly recommend to anyone considering an affordable machine with excellent performance, Published drying times are somewhat optimistic but that is to be expected so it pays to schedule areas to be cleaned in order that traffic is minimal for three or four hours. well pleased. Carpet ‘renewer’
I was having second thoughts about this purchase. Now I have cleaned my beige bedroom carpet...WAW !! Because there were no clear instructions I had to go online to sus a couple of things out .. I was going to give 4 stars for this.... but I have now cleaned my living room carpet and 4 seater sofa...it deserves the 5 ! I would never had thought there was so much dirt in any of them! Very good product, very good results, not too heavy or noisy to use.
I used the recommended Bissel cleaning fluid and cleaned the worst bit of carpet, outside the kitchen, hall to children's bedrooms and was really happy with the results. Breaths new life in to your carpets
This carpet cleaner is fantastic and really gives a good deep clean. We vacuum every day but the amount of dirt this Bissell still got out was surprising and amazing. It is easy to set up, easy to use and does a great job. We haven't used the hose attachment yet, but can definitely give 5 stars for the machine and it's performance.
