L/XL way too big!
Bought as a gift and thought the L/XL size would be perfect but these were huge. They seem fairly good quality and are certainly thermal as very thick however the thumb seems a little disproportionate in size to the rest of the fingers. Good gloves but not extra warm
I received the gloves just in time to try them out during the recent cold spell. 1.8 Tog sounded very good but they couldn't cope with the -10C temperatures and I went back to my old ones (which I wore one inside the other). I imagine they would be OK in a normal winter but not able to deal with an extreme one.
