    Home Multi Gym

    This gym is well made and well designed with clear and easy to follow stages of construction. The nuts and bolts come in sealed packets that can easily be related to the construction book, (it still took me 8 hours to put together though). It arrived well packaged, although delivery was not the two man team advertised but luckily I have a sack barrow. Our only disappointment is that it is advertised as having a 100kg weight stack but in fact it has a 75kg weight stack which by the clever use of a pulley system means you lift around 100kg however having bought a crane scale from eBay to test the load this is not very accurate and while you can judge how much weight you can lift relative to this machine it doesn't allow you an accurate lift weight which for us was important. We bought this particular gym for the leg press but the weight stack is not really heavy enough for this feature and steel weights would have been more accurate (and more expensive I guess) than the vinyl weights filled with whatever which means each one weighs a different weight. Overall, this is a great home multi gym with loads of strength enhancing options and really very good value for money. We would recommend it for normal home gym use.
