Poorly designed
There is a reason there are no returns on this machine. It is poorly designed and does not work to sheet dough, etc. without lots of problems sticking and tearing. The second (bottom) roller is not placed properly so it causes the dough to wrap around the roller instead of feed directly out. Since we can't return it we are going to redesign it and remove that roller and replace with a flat surface so that dough will feed out properly. I suspected there would be issues (because of the emphatic "no returns!" and absence of descriptive reviews) but I haven't been able to find any machines with a roller this wide for under $900. If you buy one of these, prepare to be disappointed in its performance and to find someone who can rebuild it to function. horrible machine even for its cost. the entire machine is plastic the gears that appear metal in picture are plastic and are not even straight. the rollers have play even when you set the gap and never makes even sheets nor are the rollers straight. the rollers catch on each other as you use it if the rollers are close together. not a professional machine there's a reason they wont accept returns. the dough catches on the rollers why may not be an issue with the machine but take it as a precaution. the clamps don't work, i had to use my own metal C clamps. when you rotate the handle there is nothing holding the handle in place and slips off. also when you turn the handle the machine does not run smoothly.
