The sweeping curves and rounded head give it a presence in the kitchen that other mixers can only dream of. It's not all about the looks with this mixer though. The mixer's original planetary action eliminates the need to rotate the bowl by spinning the beater clockwise and the shaft counter-clockwise, moving the beater to the edge of the bowl at 67 different points.

Worth every single penny if you are a diverse cook
This. Is the Rolls Royce of food mixers. It handles everything with ease from bread dough, to meringues and all sorts of cakes. I’ve even made butter with mine. I cannot fault it as it’s also dead simple to clean although, for some odd reason, you cannot pit the whisk in a dishwasher despite everything else being ok. My daughter was so jealous of mine that she had to buy her own one and once purchased discovered I have a higher spec model than she bought.
