This grill has a mind of its own?when turned on at the maid the display bleeps and power button flashes but then it has a mind of it’s own?when the menue decides to display you program it to cook but every time four times it has switched off short of time and your unable to re set it until it seems to of cooled down?You can press the power button repeatedly but still nothing.I have googled the issue and other people have the same issue.I am returning this item today after several attempts to operate it after delivery one week ago.The grill looks a good piece of kit when working but not for me😡👎

Undecided, the one I have may have a faulty fan causing excess noise.
This product is very loud, So much so you can't hear the portable TV in the kitchen. Took it to a different room to cook. I have raised a complaint with Salter direct sending them a video with sound asking if it is faulty in some way. Had confirmation they received it but waiting for a verdict if it has a fault or not. On a positive note it cooks really well and is very easy to clean and operate.

Had two of these, first one the Language on the touch panel went into some funny language i have no idea what it was so had to send it back...The second one the touch panel started messing up after a couple of days.Yes DAYS. it would flash, beep, turn itself off and on and back off. A Nightmare.

Takes too long to cook
We bought it bcoz heard of thes kind of grills or air fryers save time and energy but unfortunately this is not the case bcoz chicken doesn’t get cooked in suggested time and has to put it again .so not very happy with the product
