Great product
I had a fabulous dessert in a restaurant one evening and it inspired me to buy the skillets to replicate it at home for friends and family. Although I put in a bit too much filling which overflowed, it was still a great success. Very heavy to handle and very hot to touch when straight out of the oven, so BE CAREFUL. Nevertheless I am really pleased with them
