Great item but lacks full instructions
Item is fine but the instruction book lacks full instructions, fails to state that the collection box has to be locked in place to complete circuit other wise it will not run, similar models do not need you to use box or for it to be locked in place. Even help line staff had no idea about this problem.

Good for twigs but not very good for leaves.
Easy to use and a good price, and reasonably quite, but not very good for shredding leaves. Twigs and branches are fine, but leaves just slip straight through to the collection box.
