Dire Straits in SHM-SACD Sounds Great !!
Have always been a huge fan of Dire Straits music and 1982's "Love Over Gold" is one of my favorites ! The band was really starting to come into their own with this release and features the big hit song "Industrial Disease". While 1985's "Brothers In Arms" may get most of the attention "Love Over Gold" is nearly as good. This Japanese edition in SHM-SACD form sounds really good and well worth the investment if you have an SACD player ! Highly Recommended !!

Dire Straits on SACD is a match made on Heaven
This SACD is mixed in Japan. It is worth every penny that you pay. In fact all the Dire Straits SACDs from Japan are superb. I notice a great reduction in background grain and much greater inner detailing. It is powerfully dynamic and yet sweet sounding. Do yourself a favor and buy this disc!
