love love love my bialetti venus... boiling water in the bottom, top o the morning coffee in the middle, tiniest heat, coffee comes up the middle... as soon as the sound changes, you can start to smell the "burnt". turn flame off, cool base in water to cease the boil, and I get perfect coffee every time. a quick wash straight away with clean cold water and a cotton tea towel, and I'm expecting great coffee for years to come.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
