Great Scooter with Poor Range
This is a great kick scooter in the $300 price range. It is solidly built, comes with nice features and seems reliable. My only complaint is that it appears to have a so-so range (~5 miles), so difficult to recommend if you have the option of buying a more expensive scooter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Nice ride
Rides nice, not as dangerous as some scooters. Refurbished battery is the weak spot. As is the initial setup. Check to see if battery is secured inside scooter and motor controller. Battery may need more packing around it then mounted securely. Check the brakes, tire pressure. My valve is faulty, needs to be replaced none of my tire gauges works on it. Valve extensions a must to fill tire. Rear tire not standard size. When it wears out not sure what to do as it houses the only breaks on it. A little slower than advertised but most electric vehicles are. 2 1/2 mile range on second slowest speed with 200 lb. rider. The ride is comfortable, is adult sized. It doesn’t look like it will last too long without modifications. A different motor controller and battery, rewiring it with thicker cables, adding a rear tire that takes air, modifying rear brakes and this would be a keeper. Faulty Handlebar Pin caused 2 accidents in first week of use
The pin that stabilizes the handle bar has fallen out of place twice within the first week of ownership. Both times the scooter was in use and because of the handle bars collapsing, both times this resulted in the users to get into an accident causing other damage to the scooter. This has to be a known product flaw. I ended up having to order a replacement fender from Swagtron and will have to find a suitable replacement for the missing pin in the handlebar. It will works until it doesn't without any reason for breaking!
I bought this product in beginning of June and it stopped working beginning of August. I was happy with the product until it just died out of nowhere. Nothing was wrong with it and the battery worked just fine. I was riding it to work one day and it just shut off mid-ride. Now out of no where it won't charge, turn on, or anything. Good scooter just came broken this time
