Just changed from a rotary head shaver to a foil head shaver. Fits very close to the face and gives smooth close shave. Gives a closer shave than my old razor, but still leaves my skin soft and irritation free. Can also be used with shave gel in the shower. Good shaver, well known and leading maker. Compact and easy to use also gives a good shave. If I have a criticism it is that the battery doesn't last very long - about a week on a full charge, and it takes twelve hours to charge up. This shaver has two foil heads with a more rigid trimmer in between them for dealing with longer hairs. I have only used it dry but with a preliminary rub of shaving oil, so cannot comment on wet performance.
