Exact fit, easy to install and only slightly noisy compared to original. Not noticeable unless specifically compare the two. Make sure to fit the motor and switch on to allow it to set to resting position and the fit the arm. I did not do this and my wiper ended cleaning my number plate, so I has to remove the arm and re-attach to updated rest position. :)
