Reliable precision rugged design.
All pre-set metal engineering direct dependable and accurate miter cuts to the 12” blade to cut clean through 2x8 on square. Manual includes compound miter cut chart to advise 4, 6, & 8-sided shadow boxing. Saw arrived in original package, sealed in factory plastic; all adjustments were again accurate although the 32T construction blade was damaged - inexplicably missing a single carbide tooth - pictured with replacement blade. Handle, motor housing, guard, bevel lock, and dust shute include durable plastic. The single bevel saws get back to 90 degrees dependably through sets of bevel adjustments, keeps me thinking, and the 12” blade will squarely get through 2x16 material by flipping the workpiece. Fine saw for most large home improvements or hobbyists.

DW715 Miter Saw by DeWalt
Easy to use, Connects to the DEWALT DWX723 stand easy enough. I tossed the blade it came with for a better 60t blade and ordered a few other blades for different jobs. I have used this saw on a beefy Solar setup using a 3kw Inverter on a 24v system. Not sure if it would work on a 12V system tho.
