I'm at the stage where I need to start caring for my skin. I have a great product for my face, but didn't want to leave my neck behind, like so many other women. You can always tell the age of a woman by her neck, & it's not very nice to look at a young face with an old neck. So, I purchased the Rio neck & chin toner. It's brilliant! I read the reviews for this so thought I would give it a whirl but to be honest I was very sceptical.
