loving it
i put it in a clean glass jar and it was half filled with tea and sugar (about 4L) but it is to my opinion a good idea to put about 50% more sugar in at the first 2 brewing's to allow the mushroom to grow a little faster. i but the jar in a curver box and fill that box with water until the jar started to float just a little, i am using an aquarium heater to keep the temperature constant and the smallest aquarium filter pump i could find to circulate the water so the temperature is equal in the box, the temperature is set to 27.5 Celsius the jar has being sealed with a dish towel. everything seems to go well but because i followed the sugar amount in the recipe and the fact that i am using 4 liter of tea it goes a little bit slower than expected because the mushroom has to grow to fill the jar surface and thicken up a little. but hey, i am happy with it, so much is clearVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Needs more starter tea
